Bloomington Man Arrested On Drug Charges

(BLOOMINGTON) - 30-year-old James Greene of Bloomington was arrested on Saturday night after Bloomington Police were called to Marsh Supermarket on North Kinser Pike following a report of shoplifting.

Police found Greene and a 27-year-old woman at the store. According to Bloomington Police Sgt. Lucas Tate, the woman had a restraining order against Greene.

When officers arrived, Green and the woman were going through the checkout line.

Both were stopped and officers found meth in Greene's pocket. He was arrested on charges of invasion of privacy and possession of meth.
