Bloomington Business Owner Arrested

(BLOOMINGTON) - Indiana State Excise Police arrested a Bloomington business owner and seized untaxed liquor, contraband cigarettes and prescription medications that were manufactured in China.

60-year-old Liling Jia of Bloomington was taken to the Monroe County Jail at 11:34 a.m. Wednesday. She was released at 2:54 p.m. after posting a $500 cash bond.

Jia owns Obo's Oriental Grocery on East Third Street.
