(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested on a warrant Tuesday after police say he allegedly entered the home of his ex-girlfriend without permission and sliced her tires.
According to Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig, officers arrested 48-year-old Bryan Pierce of Bedford on charges of residential entry and criminal mischief.
Pierce is accused of entering a home on Guthrie Road on December 7th and slashing the tires on the woman's vehicle.
When officers arrived at the home at 3:20 a.m. Pierce had all ready left the home.
"Information was gathered and forwarded to the Lawrence County Prosecutor's Office, who then issued a warrant for Pierce's arrest," Craig says.
