Maloney says a team or buddy workout is also a popular fitness trend in personal training. It can be affective and also affordable to share the cost of a personal trainer.
If you go it alone, or with a buddy, exercise should be viewed as fun. Find an activity you enjoy. Maloney says doing it just because you have to--will most certainly fail you.
