(WASHINGTON) - Shortly after 6 p.m. Sunday, Washington Police received a call reporting three men were in a fight at a residence in the 900 block of Center Street.
When officers arrived they found three males and two females at the home.
As a result of the skirmish, officers arrested 25-year-old Thomas Cardinal of Washington on charges of invasion of privacy and battery and 36-year-old Christopher Davis of Washington, is facing a charge of battery.
Both men were taken to the Daviess County Security Center.
The third man at the home, Billy Todd Eagleston of Henderson, Kentucky, was not charged.
