(UNDATED) - Both Bedford North Lawrence Community Schools and Mitchell will not be required to make up days missed because of inclement weather on January 6-7.
Both superintendents learned on Friday that the Indiana Department of Education had approved the systems' request for waivers for those two days.
The decision takes the required number of student days from 180 to 178.
