(BROWNSTOWN) - Police used stun guns to arrest a 21-year-old Jackson County man involved in a police chase early Sunday morning in Brownstown.
Brent T. Bush, of Brownstown, is facing preliminary charges of operating while intoxicated, criminal mischief, battery on a police officer and leaving the scene of a property-damage wreck, according to Brownstown Police Officer John Long's report.
A test showed Bush's blood-alcohol content was 0.278, more than three times the legal limit of 0.08 percent level..
