Last updated on Monday, January 27, 2014

(BEDFORD) - 57-year-old Marc York of Bloomington was arrested Thursday night after officers stopped him for a traffic violation just off Lincoln Avenue.

He was arrested on warrants for auto theft, dealing meth and two warrants for failure to appear.

According to a probable cause affidavit, York is accused of being in Hopkins Cemetery in Needmore on January 4th with Morgan Fox, Kristina Saunders and Jeremiah Fox. All three were arrested that day on charges of conspiracy to make meth, possession of precursors with the intent to manufacture meth. However York was not at the scene.

Morgan Fox and Saunders is also facing charges of the unlawful sale of precursors. Police were called to the cemetery after a report of a suspicious vehicle. When Oolitic Deputy Marshal Bill Allen arrived he detected a strong chemical odor associated with meth. Allen found one-pot meth lab and other items used to make meth.

According to police the three had went to the cemetery to meet York and give him items to make meth.

York is also facing other charges pending an investigation into the traffic stop on Lincoln Avenue. That incident is still under investigation.
