(BLOOMINGTON) - Calls for more erosion control and oversight in Interstate 69 construction sites are gaining more traction in Monroe County government.
The Monroe County Plan Commission voted last week to send a second complaint to federal agencies about poor erosion controls around I-69 construction in the county.
This week, both the Monroe County Board of Health and the Monroe County Council agreed to hear updates on the letter and plan to respond in different ways.
