(ELNORA) - Around 4 p.m. Monday, the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department responded to the report of a domestic situation in Elnora.
When Deputies arrived they arrested 28-year-old James J. Goodheart of Elnora on charges of battery on an endangered adult, and battery on a minor.
Goodheart was taken to the Daviess County Security Center, where he is being held on $4,500 bond.
