(DAVIESS CO.) - Washington Police arrested three people early Monday morning on a variety of drug charges.
35-year-old Shelly Petty of Loogootee was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $4,000.
29-year-old Jackllyn McGovern of Vincennes is facing charges of driving while her driver's license suspended with prior convictions, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. She is being held on a cash $8,500 bond.
Meanwhile 28-year-old Courtney Neighbors of Washington was arrested on charges of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and two counts of possession of a Legend drug. She is being held on a $7,500 bond.
And, Washington Police arrested 31-year-old Cory Bays of Washington on a charge of possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance. He is being held on a $4,000 bond.
City police arrested 19-year-old Jalen Eltzroth of Washington on a warrant for child molesting. Bond was set at $25,000.
151 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center Tuesday morning.
