(BEDFORD) - A Beef Management Seminar will take place on Saturday, January 18th from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Lawrence County 4-H Fairgrounds.
Beef producers have the opportunity to learn about meat quality and how it can be affected by several conditions.
Registration begins at 8 a.m. the day of the seminar, cost is $30 for adults before January 10th and $40 after.
