Bedford Police Arrest Three On Meth Charges

(BEDFORD) - Bedford Police made several drug arrests over the weekend.

33-year-old Amy Canfield, of Springville, was arrested Saturday and charged with possession of meth, two counts of possession of a legend drug, and maintaining a common nuisance.

She remains in custody at the Lawrence County jail. No bond was set because she already was out on bond for a previous charge.

Two additional arrests were made by Bedford police Saturday after police were called to Walmart.

Teela Mitternight (listed as Tia Clevenger on the jail booking log) was arrested at 4:51 p.m. Saturday and charged with possession of meth and a controlled substance. She remains in jail and her bond is set at $755 cash or $7,500 surety.

28-year-old Zachariah Russell, of Bedford, was arrested at 5 p.m. Saturday and charged with possession of meth, a schedule II controlled substance, and two counts of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. He remains in custody and no bond was set because he already was out on bond on a previous charge.
