(UNDATE) - Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller is warning people to be on the lookout for fraudulent contractors looking to make a quick buck off of flood victims.

Zoeller says Indiana law requires home improvement projects exceeding $150 to be in writing. He says before signing a contract make sure all of the costs are included.

Zoeller says no more than one-third of the total cost should be paid as a down payment. And all records relating to the project should be kept in case there is a problem.
