(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was arrested on battery charges Monday afternoon.
According to a probable cause affidavit, 38-year-old Dustin Reynolds allegedly punched a woman in the face several times during a domestic fight.
According to police, a child younger (then 16) was present during the incident.
Reynolds was arrested on a warrant and taken to the Lawrence County Jail at 3:30 p.m. Monday.
No bond has been set, pending a court appearance.
