Learn About Scampering Squirrels And Visit The Giving Tree At Bedford Public Library Today

Last updated on Wednesday, December 4, 2013

(BEDFORD) - Why do squirrels hide nuts and how do they keep other squirrels from taking the nuts they’ve hidden?

Children can find out when Naturalist Jill Vance presents Scampering Squirrels on Wednesday from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in Children Services at Bedford Public Library.

Children of all ages are welcome to drop in to learn and do a squirrel-related activity.

While at the library you can also visit the Giving Tree.

The Giving Tree collects donations of new children's hats, gloves, scarves, and socks, and socks for nursing home residents.

Donated items are distributed in our community in time for Christmas.
