(BLOOMFIELD) - Two additional motions have been filed in the murder case against Randal Crosley.

The 25-year-old Crosley, of Jasonville, is accused of a variety of felony counts related to the early June murder of 19-year old Katelyn Wolfe, of Linton.

On Friday, Greene County Chief Public Defender Alan Baughman filed a motion in Greene Superior Court to take a deposition of co-defendant Jordon Buskirk at the public's expense.

In the motion, Baughman wrote that Buskirk's deposition is necessary for his preparation of Crosley's defense. He state that Crosley is indigent and has no funds to pay for the deposition. Baughman also filed a second motion that asked the court to provide his office with the funds necessary to transcribe interviews in Crosley's case. He asked that the court reporter transcribing the interviews of witnesses in the case be paid the same rate as a reporter preparing trial transcripts.

Crosley is charged with: felony murder; conspiracy to commit murder; conspiracy to commit rape; criminal confinement; and two counts of dealing in a Schedule IV controlled substance.

The co-defendant in the case, 26-year-old Jordon Buskirk, of Jasonville, has already entered a guilty plea to felony murder, conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to commit rape and criminal confinement.

He will be sentenced after he testifies in Crosley's murder trial on May 19.

Wolfe was reported missing by her father on June 6 and her body was recovered four days later in a lake, located in the Greene-Sullivan State Forest near the county border. According to an autopsy report, Wolfe died from asphyxiation.

Judge Martin previously denied a change of venue motion that would have taken the trial out of Greene County but the court ruled the jury for Crosley's trial would be selected from residents from another county.

Crosley has also been named as a suspect in an unrelated bank robbery that occurred in Avon, Ind. in 2012, but charges have not yet been filed against him in that case.

Crosley has remained in the Greene County Jail since he was arrested on June 7. He is being held without bond.
