(SALEM) - A late night crash Monday, south of Salem, claimed the life of 20-year-old Joshua Trego, of Louisville.
Trego was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the Washington County Sheriff's Department, the fatal crash happened at approximately 9:52 p.m. on State Road 135, south of Dutch Creek Road.
Trego was driving a 2000 Chevy Blazer south on State Road 135, when his vehicle crossed the center line into the path of a 2000 Peterbilt semi driven by 59-year-old Jonathan Dean, of Salem.
