(BEDFORD) - Due to the icy road conditions and frigid temperatures the parade committee and city officials have decided to cancel the 2013 Festival of Lights Christmas Parade tonight.
The decision was made keeping safety in mind.
No date has been determined on when or if the parade will be reschedule.
