(AUSTIN) - Late Thursday night, Indiana State Police Troopers were patrolling in Austin when they came in contact with a man walking on Rural Street near Second Street.
As troopers began talking 48-year-old Paul W. Turner they discovered he was in possession of several pills determined to be controlled substances.
He was also in possession of marijuana and a hypodermic needle.
Turner was arrested on the charges of dealing a controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of marijuana.
