(BLOOMINGTON) - A 22-year-old woman reported she was sexually assaulted by a man she knows.
Bloomington Police Department officers responded to IU Health Bloomington Hospital for the report of a sexual assault at about 8:15 p.m. Monday.
BPD Sgt. Joe Crider says the woman says she was at a party with the man November 1.
When she woke up at her home, she told police the man was on top of her and was sexually assaulting her.
She told police she could not recall what happened between the party and the sexual assault. She also told police she did not want to proceed with a criminal investigation.
