(OOLITIC) - A Williams man was arrested after he allegedly hit and pushed a man Sunday afternoon.
29-year-old Daniel Todd, of 54 Hendrickson Lane, was charged with battery, criminal trespassing and intimidation.
According to Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig the incident happened in a garage on East Oolitic Road.
"It started over a child custody incident," Craig says. "Mr. Todd had went into a garage, hit and shoved another man, who had prior health issues, nearly knocking him down."
Todd was arrested without incident.
