Stabbing In Washington Lands Two In Hospital

(WASHINGTON) - A stabbing lands two people in the hospital.

It happened just after 9 p.m. Tuesday.

The Washington Police Department received a call from woman at 400 E. Vantrees Street requesting an ambulance.

She told police her and another person were bleeding.

When officers arrived they found that a male and female had been stabbed.

Both were taken to the Daviess Community Hospital, and were later transported to an Evansville hospital.

No names are being released at this time.
