(DAVIESS CO.) - Odon Police arrested an Odon man Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear in court on an original charge of check deception.
33-year-old Melvin Harden was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on $2,000 bond.
Meanwhile, Washington Police arrested 25-year-old Jose Martinez Wednesday for public intoxication.
Martinez's hometown was not given.
He is being held under $2,000 bond.
148 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center Thursday morning.
