(BLOOMINGTON) - A woman was found dead in a front yard next to a bush off Hillside Drive early Tuesday afternoon.
Bloomington police are investigating the cause of death. Sgt. Joe Crider did not release the name of the woman but did say foul play was not involved.
Officers were called to the scene at 1:30 p.m. Crider says a passer-by noticed the woman in the yard and called police.
Crider says a preliminary investigation indicates the woman's death was possibly medical-related or the result of natural causes.
Streets in the area were blocked off by police while investigators were on the scene. Traffic returned to normal before 3:15 p.m.
