(BEDFORD) - Oolitic Deputy Marshal arrested Jeffery Arthur, Saturday after Allen went to Arthur’s home at 1420 Dive Road after a tip of possible drug activity.
"After a short investigation, I placed Arthur into custody and transported him to the Lawrence County Jail," Allen says.
21-year-old Arthur, of 3482 I St., was charged with the unlawful sale of precursors, a Class D felony. Arthur was also wanted on an outstanding warrant on an unrelated charge. Arthur was out on bond at the time of arrest.
