(BROWNSTOWN) - Jason Finch's admission that an active meth lab found in a vehicle in Brownstown in March belonged to him means he could spend as long as nine years in prison.
Finch was arrested with four other residents related to the production of meth after police found a one-pot lab inside a car in Brownstown.
The five; 29-year-old Finch of Vallonia, 38-year-old Robert Stice of Seymour, 22-year-old Megan McIntosh-Lasher of Bloomington, 23-year-old Ashley Wallace of Brownstown and 23-year-old Patric Ponder of Brownstown; each face one count of manufacturing meth, according to a news release from the Jackson County Sheriff's Department.
The five were arrested after county Officer Rick Meyer stopped a 1997 Ford passenger car at Main and Commerce streets in Brownstown.
