(MITCHELL) - 23-year-old Collin Flynn, of Mitchell, was arrested after a traffic stop Saturday afternoon.
Mitchell police arrested Flynn on charges of reckless possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a syringe and disorderly conduct and possession of meth. He was cited for driving while his driver's license was suspended and no driver's license when required.
His passenger 21-year-old Abby Achelpohl, of Mitchell, was also arrested on charges of reckless possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a syringe, and possession of meth.
