(BEDFORD) - The North Lawrence Community School Board of Trustees announces that eligible individuals who are interested in filling the vacant seat on the board should send a letter of interest and a resume to the NLCS School Board President, Mr. Gary Holmes, by Wednesday, October 23.

The board will review resumes of eligible candidates and the members of the NLCS School Board plans to appoint an individual to fill the seat at the November 14 school board meeting.
Interested candidates must be a resident of District One. This area encompasses Indian Creek, Perry and a section of Spice Valley Townships. The final determination of candidate residency eligibility will be made by the NLCS School Board attorney.
