(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was arrested after police received a 911 Sunday night reporting a man was hiding in the bushes by the alley of 8th and Mississippi streets in Mitchell.
According to police 37-year-old Kipp Sanders, was in the bushes spying on two women who were on a front porch. One was his estranged wife.
Police say Sanders was also doing drugs while he was watching the woman.
Sanders was arrested and on charges of possession of meth and marijuana,, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a syringe.
