(DAVIESS CO.) - Indiana State Police arrested an Indianapolis man on drug and alcohol charges Sunday morning following a traffic stop on U.S. 50 in Washington.
35-year-old Seth Sanders is facing preliminary charges of possession of marijuana with a prior conviction and operating while intoxicated, refusal.
Sanders was released from jail on $4,500 bond.
Daviess County Sheriff's deputies arrested a Loogootee man Sunday for disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement.
22-year-old Prestin Hart was released from the Daviess County Security Center on $4,000 bond.
Washington Police arrested 20-year-old Jonathan Abrego of Washington Sunday for illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage and public Iintoxication.
Abrego was released from jail on $2,000 bond.
Washington Police arrested 30-year-old Jose Seba-Sosa of Washington Sunday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, refusal; operating while intoxicated endangering a person; and operating a vehicle while never license.
Seba-Sosa is being held without bond.
