(DAVIESS CO.) - Washington Police arrested a Washington man Tuesday on a warrant for petitions to revoke a suspended sentence for possession of a controlled substance; driving while suspended, prior and battery resulting in bodily injury.
24-year-old Phillip Brown Junior was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on $5,000 bond.
Also on Tuesday, Washington Police arrested 36-year-old Richard Burns of Terre Haute on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a conversion charge.
Bond was set at $2,000.
148 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center Wednesday morning.
