(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police arrested a Bloomington man on charges of sexual battery, sexual misconduct with a minor, criminal deviate conduct and incest, all felony charges.
According to Sgt. Lucas Tate, the man, who police are not identifying because of the nature of the charges, was already in jail on unrelated charges.
Tate says the charges were filed after the mother brought her teenage daughter to police station to report a series of incidents dating back to 2012 and a sexual assault that took place in June.
