(BLOOMINGTON) - At Seventh Street and College Avenue, Monday, police arrested a 30-year-old Tony Still, of Bloomington on preliminary charges of dealing cocaine in connection with a two-month drug investigation.
Bloomington police used a confidential informant and conducted four controlled buys from Still in August and September.
