Last updated on Thursday, October 3, 2013

(OOLITIC) - A Bedford man was arrested after police discovered he was buying Pseudoephedrine and then selling it to others to make meth.

According to Oolitic Town Deputy Marshal Bill Allen officers went to a home in the 1800 block of O Street Wednesday night after they received information that 26-year-old Eric King had made numerous purchases of Pseudoephedrine recently.

Allen and Oolitic Reserve Officer Tonya Taylor arrested King on charges of unlawful sale of precursors.

Allen says Pseudoephedrine is the main ingredient in the making of meth.

Anyone with information on drug activity are asked to contact Officer Allen at 275-5523. Tips can be left anonymously.
