Bedford Woman Injured In Collision On U.S. 50 East

(BEDFORD) - A Bedford woman was suffered minor injured in a two vehicle collision on U.S. 50 east.

According to a Lawrence County Police report, 49-year-old Victoria Lee, of 5179 U.S. 50 East, was driving west on U.S. 50 East and saw 35-year-old Richard Seybold, of Paoli, stopped to make a left turn into a driveway near Shawswick School Road.

Lee told police that Seybold made the turn in front of her and she swerved her 2001 Chevrolt Cruze to avoid colliding with Seybold's 2006 Silverado truck.

Lee suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene by an IU Health Hospital ambulance crew. Seybold was not injured during the incident.

Bedford Fire Department extrication, Shawswick and Pleasant Run Volunteer Fire Departments all responded to the scene.
