Two-legged participants receive T-shirts and dogs can qualify for bandanas and Bark for Life leashes.
Registration is $25 per dog. Walk day registration is from 8.a.m. to 8:30 a.m., with the walk beginning at 8:30 a.m..
Registration forms are available at area veterinarians' offices and at other businesses or go online to barkforlife.org.
