(ODON) - The Odon Town Council has voted to apply for a planning grant to help with the cost of up-grading the town’s 40 year old waste-water treatment plant.
According to the Odon Journal, Jim Frazell of Triad Associates in Indianapolis, told the town council that a preliminary engineering report, including environmental and financial issues, would allow the town to apply for either a State Revolving Fund or OCRA grant.
One of the first steps needs to be a town-wide income survey of Odon residents.
