Last updated on Wednesday, September 4, 2013

(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police are investigating a battery that happened at 3 a.m. Monday.

Police were called to Night Moves on South Walnut Street after a report that a 21-year-old man had been involved in a fight in the parking lot.

Bloomington Police Sgt. Joe Crider says the man had a swollen face and bleeding to his head and mouth.

The man was taken to IU Health Bloomington Hospital.

Crider says the man was confused and was not able to give police a description of the man who injured him.

Another man, who witnessed the fight, told police the men were fighting over who was the better rapper.

That man intervened and he too was hit.

Anyone with information about the fight is asked to contact police.
