Last updated on Tuesday, September 24, 2013

(DUBOIS CO.) - The Dubois County Sheriff’s Office says a Holland man is facing several charges after his pick-up truck caught fire Saturday night on State Road 64.

Police say 49-year-old Clifford Wright was "highly intoxicated".

Wright allegedly lied to police saying a friend was driving the vehicle.

Police say he refused to submit to a chemical test, threatened deputies and urinated in a patrol car.

Wright is facing preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice.
