(GIBSON CO.) - Indiana State Police arrested a Loogootee man Friday morning for allegedly threatening a woman in the library of Oakland City University main campus.
26-year-old Michael Cangelosi and the 19-year-old female are both students at the university.
Cangelosi was arrested on a preliminary charge of Intimidation, a Felony.
He was booked into the Gibson County Jail on $750 cash bond.
