Linton Man Lifelined To Methodist After Accident

(JASONVILLE) - A Linton man was Lifelined to Methodist Hospital following a two-vehicle accident near Jasonville Tuesday morning.

According to an Indiana State Police report 55-year-old Richard Duviver suffered a fractured pelvis in the accident that happened at 11 a.m. at the intersection of State Road 59 and County Road 900 North . Duviver was taken to Greene County General Hospital, and was later airlifted to Methodist Hospital.

His passenger, 46-year-old Anita R. Duviver suffered a fractured shoulder, and was transported to Greene County General Hospital.

The driver of the other vehicle 55-year-old Dea Ann Gillfillan, of Jasonville, complained of arm pain and was taken Greene County General Hospital for treatment.

According to the report, Gillfillan was traveling north on State Road 59 in a 2014 Chrysler, and was turning northwest onto CR 900N. As Gillfillan was turning, she drove into the path of Duviver's 2002 Chrysler, which was traveling south on SR 59, causing a head-on collision.

Both vehicles came to rest at the southwest corner of the intersection.
