Hunter Education Class Offered In Martin County

(MARTIN CO.) - The Doverhill Christian Union Church and West Boggs Park are sponsoring a Hunter Education Class offered to the public free of charge.

The class dates are September 12th, 13th, and 14th. Times are from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday nights, and 8 a.m. to 4:p.m. on Saturday.

Attendance to all classes is required for certification.

The class will be taught by Indiana Conservation Officers and volunteer instructors.

Information on the location can be found on the registration page when students sign up on the internet.

Anybody born after December 31st of 1986 is required to take this course before they can purchase an Indiana hunting license.

The class will be geared towards the youth, but all ages are welcome. Please bring writing utensils. Refreshment will be provided. Pre-registration is required.
