(BEDFORD) - The Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Bedford are partnering to sponsor the Fall Clean Sweep for the City.
All citizens, businesses, and organizations are invited to participate in this event that begins Saturday, September 21 through Monday, September 30th.
The City will pick up residential items such as old tires, appliances, construction materials, and carpets. Call 279-9222 to have items picked up.
Participants can also choose a designated area to pick up trash throughout the community; trash bags and plastic gloves will be provided by the Chamber. Contact the Chamber to coordinate the clean-up efforts.
