(DAVIESS CO.) - Washington Police arrested a Montgomery man Monday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance; possession of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
18-year-old Riley Joseph Hill is being held under $6,000 bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Washington Police also arrested 40-year-old Michael John Siekmann of Washington Monday for operator never licensed and on a warrant for parole violation.
Siekmann is being held without bond.
The Daviess County Sheriff's department arrested 21-year-old Justin Matthew Miller of Washington Monday on a warrant for theft and receiving stolen property.
Miller was released from jail on $2,500 bond.
160 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center Tuesday morning.
