(DAVIESS CO.) - Indiana State Police arrested a Washington man Friday on a warrant for failure to appear in court for operating a vehicle while never receiving a license and possession of marijuana under 30 grams.
29-year-old Jose Diaz-Yanez is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Meanwhile, the Daviess County Sheriff's Department arrested 39-year-old Nelson Castillo, hometown not given, for operating a vehicle while never receiving a license.
Bond was set at $2,000.
160 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center Saturday morning.
