(DAVIESS CO.) - The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Nevada woman Wednesday on a warrant on multiple charges, including dealing in schedule III and IV controlled substances; and conspiracy to commit dealing in a schedule 3 controlled substance.
41-year-old Jennifer Rose of Las Vegas is also facing charges of failure to appear in court on four counts of battery on a person under 14-years of age, failure to appear for arson; neglect of a dependent resulting in bodily injury; neglect of a dependent; maintaining a common nuisance; possession of marijuana; and failure to appear in court for disorderly conduct and theft.
Rose is being held under $600-thousand dollars bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
In other arrests Wednesday, Washington Police arrested 28-year-old Raul Martinez of Washington for operating a vehicle while intoxicated; operating while intoxicated endangering a person; and operator never licensed.
Bond was set at $6,000.
160 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center Thursday morning.
