(DAVIESS CO.) - The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Washington man early Thursday morning for dealing in marijuana and possession of marijuana over 30 grams.
18-year-old Steven Ryan Booher is being held under $5,000 bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Meanwhile, sheriff's deputies arrested 26-year-old James Allen Booher on a warrant for burglary and theft.
Bond was set at $7,500.
Washington Police arrested 22-year-old Jason Hensely of Washington early this morning on a warrant for theft.
Bond was set at $2,500.
Daviess County Sheriff's deputies arrested 25-year-old Danny Ray Christenberry of Washington Wednesday on a warrant for petitions to revoke suspended sentences for conspiracy to commit forgery and check deception.
Christenberry was also arrested for resisting law enforcement and criminal recklessness.
Christenberry is being held under $55,000 bond.
Odon Police arrested 69-year-old Larry Hayes of Odon Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of check deception.
Bond was set at $2,000.
161 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center Thursday morning.
