(DAVIESS CO.) - The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Petersburg man Wednesday on a warrant for a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for battery by means of a deadly weapon.
30-year-old Troy Allen Lowe is being held under $100,000 bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Daviess County Sheriff's deputies also arrested 19-year-old Derek Cox of Washington on a preliminary charge of theft of metal.
Bond was set at $2,500.
166 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center Thursday morning.
