(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man faces felony sexual assault charges after a teenage girl reported he touched her inappropriately while she was driving.
35-year-old Jose Benjamin Mendoza was arrested on a warrant on felony charges of criminal deviate conduct and sexual battery.
He was booked into the Monroe County Jail at 1:21 p.m. Tuesday and was released at 1:37 p.m. Wednesday after posting a $20,000 surety, $500 cash bond.
